Machine Assistance

We offer a variety of assistance on most Pfaffs and Husqvarna Viking sewing and embroidery machines.

Machine Classes

Purchased here:
All machines purchased at My Sewing Shoppe come with unlimited New Owners classes. Call to schedule yours no later than 3 weeks after the purchase date. If you have owned your machine for over a year, please call to schedule a class ( usually 1.5 to 2 hours).

Purchased elsewhere:
We would be happy to help you with your Pfaff or Husqvarna Viking that was purchased somewhere else. We charge $45 per hour for New Owners Classes.

If you need help with something minor, like winding a bobbin/inserting a bobbin or threading your machine, please call to let us know that you need help with your machine. We would be happy to help you with that but anything more than that, we would have to charge our hourly rate.

Machine repair and cleaning

Depending on the age of your Pfaff or Husqvarna Viking, parts may not be available for your machine. We apologize for this inconvenience.
