Is it time for a professional to tune-up and repair your PFAFF or Husqvarna VIKING machine?
Due to the overwhelming amount of repairs,the wait time will be an average of four weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our PFAFF and Husqvarna VIKING professionally trained and certified technician at My Sewing Shoppe, Matt, can provide the proper services to bring your sewing machine or serger back up to tip-top shape!  Rest assured, Matt takes pride in his work, and we want you to walk away happy with your perfectly running machine.

How it’s Done:

Simply bring your machine to our shop during business hours and drop it off for a repair or tune up. All repairs are done in house and the average turn-around time is normally 2 days to 1 week for a tune-up. We call the moment your machine is finished, and we’ll call you if there are any delays once your machine is being worked on. Repairs can take some time depending on the availability of parts and complexity of repair. As of August 2020, we are at a 4 week wait time.

-Computerized starting at $99.95

Sergers starting at $119.95

Embroidery Machines starting at $139.95*

* Embroidery unit service is an added cost

 

What to bring:

When you bring your machine, please also bring the following:
-power cord
-foot control
-basic zigzag foot
-fancy stitch foot
-buttonhole foot (if a sewing machine)
-embroidery unit with embroidery foot (if an embroidery machine)

If something is giving you problems, bring in that item (fabric, thread, embroidery, etc). Please make sure you do not bring your machine with single hole needle plate. We will not be able to balance your machine with the straight stitch plate. Also, please leave your carrying cases at home.

		If you would like a recommendation on where to bring your machine, please give us a call and we can refer you to the correct dealer or technician.

We only service sewing machine brands and models we have been trained to service. If a sewing machine dealer does not sell your brand of sewing machine - then chances are they are not trained to service your machine and they are unable to obtain the original manufacturer's parts, technical support for your machine, and service manuals for the correct settings.
